3 scoops vegan vanilla ice cream (homemade or store bought)
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp almond butter (homemade or store bought)
1/4 cup coconut or almond milk
1. Blend everything together until smooth, and voila! You have my favorite milkshake – and you didn’t have to travel far to get it!
If you find the milkshake is too thick, add a little bit more coconut milk to it and blend (add in 1/4 cup increments so as not to thin it out too much).
If you find the milkshake needs a bit more sweetness for your liking, consider adding a whole pitted date or a tsp of maple syrup.
