Chocolate Banana Avocado Pudding

2 ripe avocados
1 large or 2 medium sized ripe bananas
5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa power
3 small dates
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey or agave)
3 tbsp almond or coconut milk
A pinch of salt

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth! Do a taste test for sweetness. If you want it a bit more sweet, add in another 1/2 tsp of maple syrup at a time, blend, and taste again.
2. Chill the pudding in the refrigerator either in individual jars or one big bowl. Serve with fresh fruit (I like bananas or strawberries), vegan chocolate chips, crushed nuts, or anything you want!
