Honey Dijon Vinaigrette

1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons balsamic (can substitute red wine vinegar if you want to change it up)
6 tablespoons olive oil (you can add up to 8 tablespoons if you want to)
Lots of pepper (about 1/2 teaspoon)
A pinch of sea salt (about 1/8 teaspoon)

1. Put all the ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake it up, making sure everything is incorporated. Be careful: the honey likes to stick to the bottom of the jar.

2. Pour over any salad of your choice, toss, and enjoy!
