Salted Lime Coconut Tortilla Chips

1 tortilla (preferably made from coconut or cassava flour, but ok to be made from corn if you don’t mind corn)
Juice of 1/2 of 1 lime
A pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp avocado or extra virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 350F.

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Place your tortilla on the sheet and drizzle with 1/2 teaspoon of oil. Using a brush, spread the oil around. Flip the tortilla over and spread the oil on that side too.

2. Flip the tortilla back over to the original side. Drizzle with lime juice and sea salt.

3. Using a pizza cutter (or just a regular knife), cut the tortilla in half, turn, and cut again. Make two more cuts to make your chips (see video). Spread the chips apart.

4. Bake the chips for about 10 minutes, turn, and bake another 5-10 minutes or until browned and crisp.
