How will it work?

Tuesday May 19: I will host a 3 hour workshop where she will teach you some basic kitchen skills and recipes. Yes – we will get to eat what is prepared together! While we dine, we will spend an hour talking about our intentions, and Lauren will discuss some basic goal setting tips to help you get clear on your passion and purpose (or make sure that you are headed in the right direction).

Tuesday May 26: Another 2 hour workshop/check in where we will discuss how everyone is doing, and go over any questions/concerns (and eat more food).

Tuesday June 2: Closing potluck! This is where you get to show us your new cooking skills, and not only share your food, but share what you got out of the cleanse!
