Weekly Food Menu For Pick Up October 24, 2018

Hello!

See below for this week’s menu. Reminder that everything is plant based, gluten free, and organic wherever possible (which is almost 100% of the time!).

I keep forgetting to tell everyone, but in light of the latest climate change reports, I’d love to try to do what we can do minimize waste. So if you’d like to bring your containers back each week, I can wash and reuse them (unless you’re already reusing them yourself, which is fabulous).

Also, please come with your own bag upon pick up so that we can minimize waste there.

Finally, please respond with your Venmo ID if I don’t already have it when you place your order. To streamline payment, I’ll send a Venmo request for the amount owed once your order is placed so as to handle payment easily and effectively. As I serve more and more of you each week, this will make things easier for us all!

Also just a reminder that if you’d prefer to receive your soup in a glass jar instead of a plastic container at a cost of $1 per jar, please let me know.

Sweet Potato Chickpea Burgers: Chickpeas, sweet potatoes, red pepper, carrots, onions, garlic, walnuts, sea salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, EVOO.

Pumpkin Butternut Squash Soup: EVOO, yellow onions, pumpkin puree, butternut squash, vegetable stock, sea salt, pepper, coconut milk.

Vegetable Lentil Soup: Lentils, vegetable stock, tomato paste, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, cumin, sea salt, pepper, red wine vinegar.
