Hemp Milk Ginger Turmeric Cinnamon Latte – Caffeine Free!

3 tbsp (or 3 inch long piece) fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
1- 1 1/2 cup of boiling water (depends on the size of your mug)
3/4 cup hemp milk (or other milk)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp turmeric

1. Place the peeled and sliced ginger in a mug and pour water into it so that it comes half way up. Set aside to let steep.

2. Steam your hemp milk using either a frother, steamer, or just the good ol’ stove!

3. Pour the hemp milk into the mug with the ginger tea. Stir in the cinnamon and turmeric and voila – your latte is done!

Feel free to sweeten it with honey or other sweetener, and enjoy the magic of it all!
