1 cup Macadamia nuts
1/4 small yellow onion, small diced
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup unsweetened almond or non dairy milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days, or else use right away with some pasta!
