A 3 Day Nutrition Plan to Get You Back on Track After Thanksgiving!

Tis’ the season to eat your face off!

Just kidding.

Actually, no, I’m not kidding. Doesn’t everyone have an image of themselves laying on the couch post Thanksgiving dinner, pants open (if you’re silly enough to wear pants with a fly  – amateur), tummy popping out of your waistline, uncomfortable, so full that you’re mad at yourself, and even angrier because you’re actually contemplating having another piece of pumpkin pie (and then you roll yourself off the couch to get one)?

And though the stomach ache will subside after a good night’s sleep (or rather, one induced by your food coma), you’ll wake up on Friday and face (and subsequently eat) all the leftovers. As you head into the weekend, you’ll almost certainly have consumed an entire pumpkin pie, half a turkey, a lot of mayonnaise, too many yams, and your year’s worth of marshmallows in the span of four days. Once I’m done with the refresh, the other thing I’m going to do is to continue through Sunday on an Alkaline Diet.
